Originally from the Midwest, Drs. Kevin and Joy Kissel have lived in Wyoming County for over 10 years. They both received their Doctorate in Optometry from Indiana University of Bloomington, IN, after which they relocated in the West Virginia/Virginia area. They love their adopted state and have thoroughly enjoyed their accents becoming more southern every year. If you can't find them at home on their deck, they are out enjoying some golf or tennis, running their daughters to endless lessons, or enjoying some time with their church family.
