As primary medical providers, we at Kissel Family Optometry are continuing to provide care during the current COVID 19 pandemic. These times do, however, raise concerns and changes to our regular operations. Here's a list of some of these changes.
1. Yes, both offices are OPEN at this time and for regular hours. If and when this changes, we will post accordingly.
2. We have been in contact with the local Board of Health and are complying with their recommendations on patient safety.
3. Appointments are at your discretion. If you feel the need to reschedule, please do not hesitate to call. Your safety and comfort is always our main concern.
4. We are limiting the number of people in our offices for safety. Only the person having an appointment or picking up materials is allowed inside at this time. Allowances are made for minors and elderly needing assistance, but they are only allowed one person to accompany them.
5. If you are coming to pick up glasses or contacts, please call ahead so we can have everything ready for you and let you know your balance before you arrive. This will speed up the process and help keep your exposure to others to the absolute minimum.
If you have any questions/concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us through phone, email, Facebook, or our website kissel2020.com. Please be safe and we look forward to taking care of you in the near future.
